Hey, welcome to my blog! I hope you’ll enjoy and learn much from the tip of my pen (though it’s really from the keys of my computer). I’m Grace, a homeschooled teenage writer: disorganized and a procrastinator, but for the most part motivated and sincere. This blog began as a poetry blog for NaPoWriMo back in March of 2015 (I love to write poetry!), but it’s stemmed to all sorts of areas I love writing about: music, my faith, books I love, and really anything else that comes to my mind.

C.S. Lewis is my favorite author, hands down. His intelligence is immeasurable, and his humor and wits are quite the same! I’ve finished the whole Narnia series and Mere Christianity, and plan to get my hands on the Screwtape Letters when I get the chance!

I love to play the guitar and am currently learning classical. I used to learn Latin but haven’t been practicing in a while. I’ve heard my online school might be adding a fourth year of Latin next year, so I hope to dive back in!

On another note, I am a Catholic convert of roughly seven years. I love my faith, despite my internal flaws, and I’m ready to defend it at all costs. However, I respect everyone’s view even if I disagree with them. My faith is the most central thing in my life, but I’ve got a lot of work to do.

So that’s enough about me: let my blog suffice the rest! Get your pens ready, it’s time to write your story.

    • Thank you Grace ad of course! Your blog is one of my favorites; I generally appreciate blogs that are dedicated to the Christian faith, and I hope this continues to strive! I’m very inspired by how strong you keep your faith, especially in such an environment as public schooling. Thank you Grace, I definitely appreciated this comment, and likewise!

    • Well we are all Christians no matter 😉 that’s awesome! And thank you so much my blog is still developing so hopefully it gets better haha. Still trying to figure how it all works! I love animals and my mom wants to one day live on a farm and raise chickens! We aren’t able to do that now, nor own that many animals! So we have two litter mate wiener dogs both raised since birth! That’s so awesome you have that many animals! We walk dogs in our neighborhood so we get to see many dogs every day!

    • Ooh that’s awesome! Salve, amice! xD Have you studied any of the famous works, like Caesar’s Bello Gallico? I had to translate that one, and a Cicero speech (the verb took forever to find). I haven’t been doing much Latin because my online school only offers up to Latin III and I’ve already finished it, so I have to find other sources. Do you use textbooks and stuff? 🙂
